What does the counseling cover?
Residents can take part in individual and group counseling. The focus is emotional healing, personal growth and recovering from trauma.
Which life skills do residents learn?
We teach the everyday basics of living on your own: budgeting, money management and cooking.
How do you help with school and work?
Residents can prepare for their GED. Through community partnerships, they can also train in a skilled trade and work toward trade certifications. When it's time to find a job, we help with resumes, interview practice and job placement.
What does the entrepreneurship training involve?
Residents learn what it takes to start and run a business.
